Can You Promise Me I’ll Get Back All The Money I Spend On Medical Bills?

If the limits are high enough, and your treatment was caused by the accident, you should get your money back, and more.

That’s as close as I can come to a “promise”. But there are a few other things I can say, that might help you make up your mind if you’re worried about being able to pay for your doctor bills.

If you need treatment, you should get it, period. Without it you won’t be able to make any money, and you’ll keep hurting until you get the treatment. OR you may get worse.

• I cannot remember the last time I settled a lawsuit without my client being unable to pay his or her medical bills. The lawsuit almost always ends in settlement, that both pays the bills and gets you money to spend.

• If the insurance limits aren’t high enough to pay all the medical bills, I can nearly always get the health insurer – or the doctors or hospitals – to settle for an amount which will give everyone some money.

See the doctor and get the treatment. Not getting the medical treatment you need will cost you a lot more.

I have been a lawyer over 30 years. Getting the insurance company to pay as much as possible is only part of what I do. If you have a personal injury case in Cincinnati, Ohio or if you want to know what your lawsuit is worth, talk with an experienced Cincinnati Injury Attorney about the case. Call me, William Strubbe, at 513-621-4775.

Because all situations are different, and because there may be other facts pertaining to your case that I don’t know about, you should not rely on this answer for legal advice. I am not your attorney, and no lawyer client relationship has been formed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
