If the limits are high enough, and your treatment was caused by the accident, you should get your money back, and more.
That’s as close as I can come to a “promise”. But there are a few other things I can say, that might help you make up your mind if you’re worried about being able to pay for your doctor bills.
• If you need treatment, you should get it, period. Without it you won’t be able to make any money, and you’ll keep hurting until you get the treatment. OR you may get worse.
• I cannot remember the last time I settled a lawsuit without my client being unable to pay his or her medical bills. The lawsuit almost always ends in settlement, that both pays the bills and gets you money to spend.
• If the insurance limits aren’t high enough to pay all the medical bills, I can nearly always get the health insurer – or the doctors or hospitals – to settle for an amount which will give everyone some money.
See the doctor and get the treatment. Not getting the medical treatment you need will cost you a lot more.

Because all situations are different, and because there may be other facts pertaining to your case that I don’t know about, you should not rely on this answer for legal advice.
