Insurance companies have to provide coverage to the people they insure; but they sometimes deny that responsibility. Insurance agents are responsible for giving advice to their customers – but I have seen many drivers and injured persons with insufficient insurance.
I give lectures to other lawyers on insurance law, and on how to present claims against insurance companies and agents. I have extensive experience fighting insurance companies whether they must provide coverage. I have successfully pursued claims against insurance companies – and agents – that did not live up to their responsibilities.
